They offer 11.5 "x 8.5" x 1-5/8 boxes of clothing "in various colors. Many suppliers sell such boxes, and numerous bespoke print logo. That's what I think to get for my online t-shirt.

Try getting an inexpensive sleeve wrapping, just do not use heat to shrink it. Their very cheap and the envelope is on the list is pretty cheap too. Just a thought.
